These premium natural inserts consist of 4 layers with an elegant AWJ edging design. 

• 2 inner layers of Hemp/Cotton.
• 2 outer layers of Waffle/cotton.
• AWJ edging (prevents curling). 
• Safe to use against skin. 
• Please prep before use. 
• Approximately 5.25” x 14” (before wash)

Prepping natural fibers (washing multiple times) before initial use is crucial to remove the natural oils so that they can absorb to their fullest potential! 

After washing, some shrinkage is normal with natural fibers.
